About Mentor Mentee Cell

Mentor-mentee cell is a component of bridging the gap between mentor (faculty) and mentee (students). Mentoring fosters professional growth, knowledge transfer between the mentor and mentee and meet regularly to help mentee grow and learn. Mentor as advisor, motivates and guides the mentee.

Grievances may be submitted in writing or by email to the coordinator of the committee or the principal. The committee will evaluate and solve the issue in a fair and timely manner.

Objectives

• Mentors frequently offer mentees guidance, advice, and possibilities for career progress as they help them navigate their career pathways
• A mentor helps mentees growth and develops their self-confidence to face the situation
