Budget Planning & Management

Preparation of annual budgets, allocation of funds to departments, and monitoring expenditure to ensure financial discipline.

Audit & Compliance

Coordinating internal and statutory audits, ensuring compliance with government regulations, and maintaining financial transparency.

Fee Management

Overseeing fee collection, scholarship disbursement, and refund processes in accordance with institutional policies.

Grants & Funding

Managing government grants, funding proposals, and utilization certificates for various institutional projects.

Payroll & Benefits

Ensuring timely salary disbursement, tax compliance, and management of employee benefits and reimbursements.

Financial Reporting

Preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, and periodic reports for management and regulatory bodies.
